The telemetry works from 4-6 Km (sic) ... accuracy level currently discussed is 15 meters ... I need to interrogate only that object which is closest ... roads are 80-100 meter wide at most places

With those kind of requirements over those kinds of distances, any error due to approximating the earth as flat must, surely, be irrelevant?

It seems that you don't even need to know what the actual distance is - just which one is the closest?

Yes , I am also not sure how to do " sin²(alpha)" stuff with 8bitter , do you have any idea.

That's wide!

British motorways (6 traffic lanes + 2 "hard shoulders") are only about 30m wide...

I was not talking about my country roads but Highway road of the country where the project needs to be worked for. We have roads mostly of order of 120 feet to 200 feet.
