#150153 - Dual port static ram |
Hello,
I'm working a projection system using AT89S52. The MCU is connected to a computer via LPT port to recive the data to be projected. The problam is that because of the too tight timing the MCU does not have time to wait for the data from the computer. So my plan is to use a shared memory between the MCU and the computer. If it matters, the MCU will only read from the memory and the Computer via LPT will only write to the memory. Luckely that is a ram just like that, its called dual port sram. I just need 256K will be enough to contain the frame buffer for my projection system. I have some product numbers, but I can't seem to find it cheap while taking shipping and product cost in to account. The DS1609 from maxim-ic is perfect, but the shipping to israel costs 50$ on a 3$ product. Can you help me find one with a low total(including shipping) price? Thanks ahead, Paul. |
