#150156 - hardly a \'51 project, but Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Luckely that is a ram just like that, its called dual port sram.
I just need 256K will be enough to contain the frame buffer for my projection system. I have some product numbers, but I can't seem to find it cheap while taking shipping and product cost in to account. the Dualport RAM #1 source is Cypress Semiconductor Erik edit is it 256k bits or bytes? memories tend to be classigfied in bits. |
