Yea, I know the 8051 is kinda slow compared to ATmega but its a school project and I'm required to work with the at89s52
Anyway, I meant 256 bytes, 2048 bits. maxim does not have a dual ported ram listed as available for requesting a sample. Already checked Cypress, they have CY7C132 which is 8KByte but not for sampeling and I can't find it here (Israel). |
