#150961 - Low cost 8051 with A/D |
Hi,
I am looking for a low cost 8051 part that has an internal EEPROM (256 bytes), 16K Flash program memory, a 4 channel 10 bit A/D and UART. The completion for a similar product uses ATMEGA128 available for about $3.50 for 1000 quantities. My colleagues are asking me to use the same. I have always been a loyal 8051 based micro controller user and I hate to have to learn all about a new processor and set up new st of tools. Do you guys know of any 8051 based part that I can consider at a similar cost and features? Thanks -Nathan |
