AFAIK, none of their parts have a seperate EEPROM data area/ However, they can have their FLASH re-programmed 'in-application' (in 512-byte sectors) using a pre-configured MOVX instruction. If you do not need precisely 16K i.e. 15.75k + 0.25k 'IAP area' I would go for the C8051F310. Pricing appears OK. Valentin |
