You should perhaps assume at least some intelligence of the readers of this Forum.

I think it is evident, that William is NOT the author of the said source code. If you did care to have a look at that source, you could not have missed the author's name.

So, you should in fact address your complaint to Dave Dunfield, http://www.dunfield.com/. Oh, and once you are on those pages, I think it is quite clear WHAT development tools is the said file intended for.

Apart from that, if the reader is not able to grab the idea from the given sources - exactly as William said - there is little point for him to use those files at all. You certainly are aware of the said fact that pre-chewed code for interrupts rarely works without thinking. So, the ultimate toolset to use that file is locked inside one's skull - and that tool perhaps doesn't need too much advertising here... ;-)
