to register a website on internet your need a domain server space provideded by rediff.com or others and that is costly.


if my terminal is a web server and connected to internet and hav a static ip let say 192.168.0.251 cant there be a way that i can access the terminal by PC with internet connection or through a website.


the question in my mind is that 192.168.0.251 is a very common ip how will it be distinguished can it be done by MAC address oer some thing else .
