How does the website know that the button was pressed previously? With a database. When your user clicks a button on the website, all the website does is store that fact in the database. When the embedded kit connects to the server, the server checks the database to see if the user clicked the button and then does what it needs to do. This would constitute the "Brains" in my diagram here: http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=153090 |
