the two Philips/NXP, then the T89C51RD2 by the late Temic (having been sold also with Atmel logo and NO prefix), and its successor AT89C51RD2 (which is slightly different from the Temic one, having caused headache for those who had implemented a custom bootloader in the T' and had to migrate).
