Yes, if you have a chip with Atmel logo and no AT prefix, it's the Temic chip from the transitioning times (when Temic was called "Atmel Microcontroller and Wireless" - or was it "Atmel Wireless and Microcontroller"?). The one remaining piece here is timestamped 0416, IIRC the transition took around 2 years +- something, but it took some time until the stock of these chips got emptied from the distribution chain. IIRC, in 2006 we couldn't get the Atmel-logoed-Temics anymore (it was significant as it meant to rewrite the custom bootloader - it was not my task fortunately). There are more or less subtle differences between the Temic and Atmel variety of ISP/IAP, but I don't remember the details. How exactly you "can't get it work"? Jan |
