The Vdd supply to the micro and LCD must be within acceptable operating limits.
There are many measures you can take to ensure the Vdd supply is stable. You can confirm the AC supply is noisy by using a battery (with the correctly regulated supply) connected to Vdd.... If no problems with external battery source - then you must clean up the supply to your design. Joe |
