#154543 - reading works barely - writing not a bit Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I modified only the power supply part.
Instead of two 4094i I have had to use two 74HC4094 because there were no 4094i at the shop. But I think they are the same. Some manufacturers use one datasheet for all their 74HC4094XX ICs. The third IC 74HC157 is like in the original design. I have a GALEP III programmer at home so I tried some things. I figured out that my selfmade programmer can read out the MCU, but he makes almost every time mistakes. Some bytes differs after each read process. Then I cleared the MCU with GALEP and tried to write data on it with the selfmade programmer (LockBits were disabled). But writing still doesn't work. I haven't a logic analyzer but maybe an oscilloscope can help. In my opinion the problem is that there is no clock signal for one of the 4094 ICs during writing. But that isn't a problem of the programmer because the signal has to be generated from IC-prog. I wrote an email to the author of IC-prog and he confirmed that he used the DL2TM without problems a long time ago. Maybe the LTP port is damaged? |
