You need to implement analog and digital solid ground planes where they both meet at only one point under the LPC chip.
Try that and you will achieve un-expected improvements.
Also add ferrite beads to all inputs and outputs and power supply leads of the board to block HF interference.
Search this forum for solid ground plane. It has been discussed in details.
