Thank u for suggestion.
I am using diaode 1N4001 across te solenoid. But it didn't work and mosfet burnout. I will try 1N4007 today.
Second thing i can't understand

I am using two seprate power supply 5v and 12v. Optocoupler input work with 5v and output work with 12v.
