If PSEN' is push-pull and RD' is pull-up with resistor of about 50+ kiloohm - connecting resistor 3..5k between these 2 pins will be non-dangerous
It WILL give a slight delay R and stray capacitance and, usually, memory is run 'on the edge'[ Erik |
