I've pretty much got the hardware together. I'm in search of information regarding the software side of IR syncing.

Yes, in our application the palm would be an excellent way to collect data. Until I get a good idea of what is involved in performing the sync, we have not selected a processor at this point.

If you have any ideas of where to start, I'm all ears. There seems to be quite the lack of information in regards to IR Palm syncing with a device.
