Your proposed DS89C450 is a 1 or 2 cycles per instruction processor at 33MHz (max @ 33 MIPS).

The SiLabs product line offers a number of parts in their Precision Mixed Signal family of 8051's that operate at up to 100 MIPS. That is three times faster!!
