I am using P89V51RD2FN from nxp semiconductors.
erroneous reply: 1. Connect the device in ISP mode( PSEN=0, ) DO NOT!!!! the 'V' chip is in ISP mode for (is it) 200ms (I do not recall the exact time) after reset, so all you need to do is to have FlashMagic running and checking for signals WHEN the micro comes out of reset. FM provides the mechanism to have either (I do not recall which - check the doc) DTR or CTS activate the reset. Erik |
