#159239 - What are your skills? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Any formal electronics education? Soldering? Basic measurement? Any electronics shop around, or any favorite parts mailing service?
IIRC, the mentioned book is based around BASIC52. I have ported it to a slightly more expensive but more versatile derivative of '52, namely the AT89C51RD2 or AT89C51ED2 (the whole marking is important here). This, together with a couple of simple parts, can be soldered to a soldering-type protoboard, and ready for play relatively quickly; much more easier than to build the parallel-memories version. If you are interested, I can try to post a few details - but please answer my questions above first. JW |
