So check the WP, A0, A1, A2 pins.

the 4 pins you mensioned are connected to GND & checked using multimeter & are at ground as intended.


Next thing I am going to do is reduce bit rate to 25k
(669 was communicting with 24c16 at 60k[refer to my original post] so lets try a lesser speed with 668) I will post the outcome.

More suggestions are welcome !!!
