The chip you are suggesting from BB,
is it MCS1210 or ADS1210? I could not find any MCS1210. A similar chip from Analog Devices which accepts direct input from bridges i.e., +/- 10mV, is AD7730. I have used this and find to be reliable.

Could you please, share your knowledge with us on the temp drift. I understand the bridges incorporate temperature compensating resistors. Are they really useful and to what extent?
