ok - thx for the hint...

but the program running until now.

i have doing:
a) reset on and then power-up
b) then load new code into 8252
(without any problems)
c) reset off and / or power-off

... but: the new code is not running,
the bad code is (ever) runnig

any other idea ?!?!?
