Thorsten, did you leave out some crucial information about changing operating systems/computers after programming the first time ??? or did it work once under XP ?

P.S My downloader works under Win 2000, with a hardware access device driver loaded. I can access any port, get direct control of IN/OUT, by going through the driver (Linx). So it is possible to write one for the NT family.
