yes, 16 transistors, 8 diodes, 12 resistors and 12 capacitors or something like that. First you must design a bipolar voltage doubler to get the +/- 10 volts, then you must design the level converters for input and the one for output. Then you must find out what is wrong. Then maybe you are in operation.

You must convert TTL levels in to +/- 10 volts out and +/- 110 volts in to TTL levels.

It is not worth the trouble, have fun
