Are you sure that you have a good EPROM chip?
Does it pass the blank test before you start programming? Can you program any chip in this programmer? "after that i do the blank check, it come out error" Of course it will - it's now partially programmed, so it should fail a blank check as it's no longer blank! "is my program code have an error?" A PROM programmer knows nothing about code - it could be just random bit patterns as far as the programmer's concerned! |
