My Atmel data book gives the same /32 formula for the baud rate, saying when T2 is used as a baud rate generator it uses a clock that runs twice the normal rate, hence /32 instead of /16. I would expect Oki to do the same, but the data sheet is the last word on the subject. I personally use T1 as the baud rate generator, saving T2 for other uses because of its versatility. Dennis |
