#21368 - I2C simulator |
We (Raisonance) are going to develop an I2C simulator to complete the set of peripherals we already simulate, but we
haven't completely made up our mind on how to do it yet. Any suggestion out there ? Is simulating the behaviour enough (you see the bytes sent/received in a dedicated window) or would bit-level simulation be important (to be able, for example, to use the trace and the multiprocessor simulation module) ? How about simulating some external I2C peripheral to communicate with ? Is this important to you (I guess YES) ? Would a small set of common I2C peripherals be enough here (example: I2C memory) or would you like the possibility to describe your own in some language ? We are open to suggestions. Regards, Luca |
