#23279 - RE: different compilers, (keil & Raisonance) |
"i was working on Franklin compiler ... I had no problems ... but when i tried to compile with raisoance ..."
This just sounds like the classic problem we all experience when moving from Product A to Product B: We've got used to the way Product A works, and that way now seems "natural" to us - so we try to use Product B in the same way. But this is not the natural way for Product B, so we experience many difficulties and say "Product B is a Bad Product" eg, almost all my wordprocessor experience is with MS Word: I started with Word 4 for DOS, then Word 5, then WinWord 6, etc and now it's Word 2000. At one Client, I had to use AmiPro - I hated it! But this doesn't mean that AmiPro is worse than Word - just that my Word habits are so ingrained that it's hard for me to adapt to AmiPro. When you move to a different product, you need to imagine you're a beginner again, and have the humility to read the manuals, work through the basic examples, study the Application Notes, etc, etc |
