I am not so sure!! It will take a longer period to charge, so the the reset pin will be at vcc for a longer period. When the circuit is reset again, there will be some unpleasent sparks, if you use a 100mf cap. so a resistance in parallel with the capacitor would be required. Apart from that i have no idea! i wouldn't use a 100mF cap!!
