Hi Amen,
Same issues here, some of my ports reset and the others just won't. Strange thing is I can write the same code to 3 different chips, and each of them behave differently (but all behave wrong). I've tried using a 10uf polarized cap and and 8.2k resistor like the app notes and i've also tried it with an 8.2k in parallel with a 10K like you suggested and it still didnt work. Erik, yes I know to use a supervisor chip, but until tomorrow that isn't an option, besides, this configuration should work and I would like to know why it isn't. Thanks for the help, if I ever figure it out i'll post the solution so that others might get some use from it. Regards -Chris |
