As far as the 8052 is concerned, it is irrelevant what language you use - provided it meets your performance requirements. VB is specifically a Windows language, and Windows is definitely not a real time OS. However, it shouldn't be too hard for a VB app on a modern PC to give sufficient performance to keep up with an 8052! |
