#27620 - RE: to Kunal Kandekar
why you not use one tools for both visual programing and good compiler it delphi !

we write 16384 point fft code for both vb, vc ,delphi and c++builder (vb6 delphi6 and c++builder4 vc++5) for compiler cheak this
time

vc++ 9.2 sec
delphi 13.8 sec
c++builder 13.8 sec
vb 4.2 Min !!!

you see both delphi and c++builser have same excution time and both no far as vc in real in 99.99% no any diffrent betwen delphi c++builder and vc
the dephi have "state of art" compiler fast compile time and optimum code both in one !

the power of delphi in compare vb and delphi
other ability of delphi :

1. delphi have 18000 function with full source / vb under 3000 fuction in src

2. delphi have over 350 full source native component / vb under 40 and no soucer some of it ocx

3.you can run vb only in windwos but delphi in linux or windows

4.the delphi have inline asembly for optimum code writing vb no

5.you have no any problem with delphi exe file one exe file in all work true,vb need install (min 2 disk !) and in some times no work !

you find all ability of vb in delphi some of it very better and complete in delphi

the other interest topic about visual studio6
is the project manager of vs and vc# is last project manager of delphi ! after 3 yaer of tyy M$ ($$$) to get it !
