Hi Shahzad

Take a look at this.

You can used a Serial socket modem, which have all the necessary things to detect offhook conditions etc. you just need to issue AT commands to dial (voice mode) a number and when the call is established/answered you can feed the voice to the modem which will be transmitted to remote party.

That's just my thought.
