#29119 - 2222 pinout madness |
I know that this is not a specific 8052 question, but I have been used the 2N2222 transistor in my microcontroller applications for years with no problem.
However, some weeks ago I have found that the same transistor type is built in the same TO-92 case with different pinouts (EBC and CBE). This applies for the PN2222 and for the MPS2222 (and the MPS2907 too). Though this is not a problem for a prototype - since I test the pinout before soldering - it is a real madness for mass production. Has anybody experienced this problem?. Any advice? Thanks, Alfredo del Rio. |
