#29172 - RE: 2222 pinout madness |
Pinout mismatch for a same device from different manufacturers is not a big issue.
Has anybody seen/observed any of the following? 1) You purchased an NPN transistor and it proved to be a PNP 2) You purchased PCF8593 (RTC) and it proved to be a simple 555 timer 3) You purchased a 7805 (5-A TO-3 type) and it does not provide more than 100mA current. When you open it, you find a tiny 78L05 inside 4) You encounter a chinese IC (black painted and some strange part number) and when paint is scratched, you find LM710 comparator I have seen all of them So, pinout difference does not seem any problem (at least to me :-) IA |
