i would like to ask u which type of microcontroller u r using .intialization of the lcd has to be done as per the data sheet initiallt 15 ms delay the 3times u have to send function set 30h and 4 bit interface set 28h ........and so on.while sending the data send the doubt .u send the details of the design and if xcan use c compiler i have solution for u.
