estimation of the complexity: address counter: 2 * 24 bit refresh counter: 16 bit data register: 2 * 8 bit control logic: ~16 macro cells = 96 macro cells So you need a device with 128 macro cells, e.g. PZ5128 (Philips) = XCR5128C (XILINX). Peter |
