If you are assessing consecutive bytes, why not try sending an address to a Address counter, then having it being incremented on every read/write to that address space using and AND/NAND gate. Then you can just use movx A, @A+DPTR to read the bytes back. This may improve performace. Just an idea from the top of my head. |
