#32306 - RE: First 8051 uC |
I would encourage you to look at the development kits from Cygnal. For $99 you get a lot of stuff. And the JTAG debug support available in every part (even in your target system) is as good as having a full emulator in your product. The Cygnal evaluation modules are a breeze to hook up to a prototype set of your hardware too.
You can easly order the eval kits over the web from DigiKey. You can look at my 8052.com page to see the first project where I used a Cygnal part in a retrofit mode to replace an older type 8051 to gain low cost development support. Good Luck !! Mike Karas |
