Yes, that's a very big IF!!
There is a common misconception among developers that a Graphical interface is inherently better than a command-line - it ain't necessarily so!
Although uVision is good, I'm still not entirely convinced that Keil have fully realised its potential. You can find my views on the Keil forum, where I've coined the term NEIDE - meaning Not Entirely Integrated Development Environment!

There is also a common misconception among users that an IDE obviates the need to read the Manual.
Obviously, you still need to understand what the options do whether you're ticking check-boxes in a GUI or typing on a command-line!
