Dan: If your end product can tolerate the occasional extra switch event, and you are prepared to accept the potential maintinence costs then the decision seems easy. But If the effect of an erronious switch event is unacceptable as in air bag controllers, ejection seats, medical control equiptment, life support and any other uses where the cost of even an occasional error is not acceptable then don't use this. As always common sense and fundamental engineering concepts should prevail. Terry
