Hi Lawrence,

I think you had used up all register banks. If you had used intarnal RAM address from 0x00 to 0x1f, than you will not be able to use any pairs of R0/R1 in any bank as pointer register, otherwise you will damage your data.

Is there any derivative of '51 which has more than four register banks?
