What "form factor" (ugly term) do "stamps" come in ?

24 and 40-pin DIL and they also 'do' (another ugly term ;o) ) a 14-pin SIL. They use serial (SPI) EEPROM for code storage. I guess that it would be possible to fit a 8052/memory combination on the same surface, using fine-pitch components and double sided placement. Not too easy either.
