Use a Philips MX chip, 15 address lines = can addres 8MB of memory. If it is data, not code, you need a lot of the P89C669 is sampling now, it is a MX with 96k internal code flash.
The traditional way to access more than 64k is "paging" and, while it works, there is a lot of page switching overhead involved which will slow your program down. Erik |
