a typical 8052 system has a 27C256 EPROM (32K x 8, DIL28 package) and a 43256 or 62256 SRAM (32K x 8, DIL28 package).
Beg to differ used to have "has" above is legacy. a modern 8052 system has a derivative with internal flash. If 8k or less of RAM is needed, internal SRAM is used, else a 43256 or 62256 SRAM (32K x 8 is added. Erik |
