Forget about using Excel instantly(unless its for spreadsheets) Get a copy of LookRS232... It will take string commands..so you can build a char string that sets the time...you can also use it to debug your RS232 problems that you will come across. Once you are happy with you comms ,you could the write a clock setting application in Visual Basic or Delphi (etc) |
