what do mean with:

-Crystal 11.0592MHZ connected across XTAL2 & XTAL1 with 1 uf - GND

Do you really connect 1µF at XTAL1/2 pins?

If you use RC-reset circuit, a reliable reseting of microcontroller cannot be guaranteed. Especially when you have rapid switch-off-switch-on procedure.
Although datasheet recommends RC reset circuit up to today, this simple circuit cannot be recommended any further. Please do use good reset controller with reliable brown-out-detection, something like MAX1232. Please keep in mind, that this chip has a watchdog function which cannot disabled. But this chip is damned good and you should try it.

Please have a look at 'No touch' methode from Erik Malund. I'm not quite sure, but I think it will help you much.
