When I used 1232 pin ST to processor ALE
It is behaving very erratically ie. The reset ckt. is going high & low frequently.
I believe the 1232 require a minimum pulse width, check the datasheet. Also the 1232 (and for that matter all other suprevisors) MUST have a 100nF from Vcc to Gnd. In one design I were brought in to debug, 1 inch of PCB trace from the supervisor to the decoupling cap was enough to make sporadic resets occur.
