#44047 - RE: rd2 programmers? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
"plz. go through the philips site and search for flash programmer."
I have done that, and Philips shows 2 or 3 different devices that support the Rx2. Unfortunately, they are all top-of-the-line programmers costing $800-$1200 and I don't need anything that complex. "u will even get the circuit from the rd2 data sheet or its applications" I cannot use ISP for this project, and I don't have the time or resources to build my own programmer from scratch. So, I'm just looking for a reasonably-priced general purpose desktop programmer that supports the Rx2 as well as other common chips like the Motorola P6A and standard EPROMs. I have ordered one of the Xeltek programmers. As soon as it arrives and I get a chance to try it, I'll post a short review here. Joe |
